Hi

My name is Paula and I am the massage, Indian head massage, reflexologist and Th. Stone therapist at The Nightingale Clinic.

I have been interested in complementary therapy for a number of years, following a "slipped disc" injury. A friend introduced me to a reflexologist, and I was amazed by what could be told about your state of health, by your feet!

I really benefited from regular treatments and became very interested in the holistic approach to health care. In fact, so much so that I decided on a career change.

In 2001, I gained my ITEC diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Body Massage, followed by my ITEC Certificate in Indian Head Massage.

I then attended The Three Shires School of Reflexology, where I gained my Practitioners Certificate in Reflexology, and became a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I am also a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT).
