My name is Jenny and I am the hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing® practitioner.

Together with my husband, Gordon, we own and run The Nightingale Clinic, which has now been open since June 2002.

Before I became a complementary therapist, I spent 7 years teaching, and was head of the Early Years unit at Whitehills Lower School in Northampton.

I initially trained as a reflexologist but soon expanded into hypnotherapy and HypnoBirthing®. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, and also a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy.

My particular areas of interest are birth and fertility. I have helped a number of women to become pregnant, using both reflexology and hypnotherapy.

Once a client gets pregnant, I can then offer the option of HypnoBirthing® for a calmer, easier, more comfortable birth.
