How to order

You can order your gift voucher online (dead easy) or, if you have any problems, you can ring us.

Order online

Ordering a gift voucher online is simple:

1. Decide the value of voucher you would like to order
2. Click on the 'Buy voucher' link for the value you've selected
3. In the shopping cart screen that appears, double-check you've selected the correct value of voucher
4. Click the green Check-Out button
5. Fill in your name, address and contact details
6. If you'd like us to post the voucher to someone/somewhere other than to you, click the 'Ship to a different address' box, and fill in the details of where you want it sent
7. Fill in your payment details
8. IMPORTANT: In the 'Comments/Special Delivery Instructions', please enter the name of the person you want the voucher made out to
9. Click on the green Submit Order button
10. Assuming your order is accepted OK, you'll be taken to a thank you page, and get a confirmation email
11. If you have any problems e.g. your card is rejected, you can either:
    • Use the 'Process offline' option in the shopping cart, and someone will ring you to take payment
    • Call us on 0845 123 2799 for assistance
